--- 瑞士梨酒用各式各樣的瓶子灌酒，可是有一個問題是：

去梨園看了之後，茅塞頓開...
原來梨從小就和瓶子綁在一起了。
梨酒是來自瑞士鄉村的一種傳統。
瓶裡的酒，則是上等瑞士梨白蘭地Williamine Morand。
將在瓶中長好的梨去柄後連同酒瓶一起洗淨吹乾；
往瓶中注入100度的食用酒精，將新鮮梨果浸泡2個星期（殺菌保鮮）；
倒出食用酒精，注入43度的上等梨白蘭地，封瓶後就是精美之作啦。
瑞士梨酒，梨在瓶中可保存4年不變顏色。

Eau de Vie是以法語中意為"生命之水"的水果為原料，經過蒸餾后製成的酒，泛指一切水果烈酒，

但是鑑於Brandy (Cognac & Armagnac) 和 Calvados 已經把葡萄和蘋果占掉了，那就指其他水果啦。

這種水果烈酒一般就不陳化(發酵)，因為想要水果獨特的風味，而不想抹去它們的個性。

這也意味著Eau De Vie一般是無色的。


本帖之Eau-de-vie種類：
Eau-de-vie de poire "Williamine" - Williams pear

其他種類：
Eau-de-vie de Framboise - Raspberry
Eau-de-vie de cerise 一般稱為"Kirsch" - Cherry
Eau-de-vie de Mirabelle - yellow plum
Eau-de-vie de Prune - Plum
Eau de vie de cidre - Apple (法國諾曼底區的稱為Calvados)

Cognac from the cognac region of south of France.

Armagnac from the Gascony region of Southwestern France.

Calvados from the Lower Normandy region of north France.

The term eau de vie  translates to “water of life.” Other nations also have similar spirits named after water,
such as the Russian "vodka", Scotland "Scotch",  
Terms for liquors vary across many national boundaries.
Those with an in depth knowledge of word origins often contend that the French term comes from the Latin “aqua vitae”
that came to be used for any kind of distilled liquor over many centuries of European history.
Old English texts sometimes called this kind of drink “spirits of wine.”

Eau de Vie 是法語中對蒸餾酒最古老的叫法，任何分支大都以獨特產區去規劃。
