I will suggest study in Hk first, then go to Europe to study the second degree. after that work in Europe for few years, get register there, and back to Hk. also if  work in a big firm in Europe definitely help a lot. you can see lot of design in the office. also when you back to Hk, just mentione you work in whatever big firm there for a while, hk architects firm always believe you are good and have  learned something from the famous architect. but this is true. design of Hk architects are not as good as the oversea architect. partly because of facing all these local regulations and developers for too long.
however, anyone who ever works oversea before will agree what Bilbao said. hard to get to the top of the company if you work in their country. on the other hand, if work in China with oversea working experience and work in a foreign company, lot of chance to get to the top management.

yes...man140 ching is right!!! given the chance, you should get explored....architecture need exploration and try.....
and dun worry if your assignment is not good nor your drawings always teased by others.....
what you learn in school is just 1-5% on what you will do in your career....
design is not limited to drawing a building from sketches....there are many 'technical design' issue like design for sustainability, detail design which you can't learn in school but very useful in your career........

design / drawings are the spirit of architects.........in future when you are working dun listen to others that contract / project admin is more important....they can help your career but later you will find yourself lose of competency since these tasks can be done by a surveyor...and...be honest, architects' PM and contract skills are weak compared to surveyors / civil
