Heyagreen in SSJ selling for an average over 8500HKD per SQ, u call it 港人港地.....?????!!!!

If I remebered correctly, the land cost less than 3000HKD per sq back in few yrs ago, so WHY make an extra 5000HKD per sq profit?? surely those so call NOT luxury apartments would cost less than 1500HKD per sq to make??

For that price, I can easily buy private instead, ie) VISTA by SINO (less than 8000 per sq, at least I know Im not buying governement housing for 8.5K per sq....

Even I don't like to see the increase of property price, but I got to say u r right, if the price goes down, many people who owns a property wouldn't like him...

Afterall, the people who hasn't got a property like me in HK, has much LESS say than those who has a proprty...

其一原因, 香港人慣性炒炒炒, 樓差股都唔慌好 ...

That's what I always say HK is property lead Plus 地產霸權.....without property, lots of people in HK wouldn't have this kind of wealth...well at least my family benefited from this, but when it comes to my generation, I have to pay back...

C-hing, that's what I have said to you eariler on, u said about post 80s are lazy and rely on the government, doesn't take on opportunities etc....., the truth is, EVEN if we work hard , our opportunity is LESS than yours ( I guess u r post 60s right?)

But I remembered, u were totally disagreed with me before...

And...back in few yrs ago, let say 10 yrs...8000+HKD per SQ in SSJ (Or I should say, none of the properties in SSJ would go beyond the average price per SQ) is UN-HEARD OF (FACT!)

P.s. I dont know if I can be classified as 好好學歷 & 醒目 category, but what I know is, even if ur first job, starting salary is 20K a month ( which is not bad in HK) after 5 yrs, u will still save just 1M (that's if u dont spend) so u can afford a 3M property, although now is 3m, after 5yrs it may be 4M already...so ur deposit won't be enough anymore...

Again..I just wanted to express my views...sorry again if u don't agree with me .

but what i do not agreed it that we should not ONLY to invest
